As I take the honour to greet our widely dispersed CPS fraternity through these columns, it gives me great pleasure to congratulate each parent as well as every member of the staff for continuous success.

Life is not a spectator's sport. We need to find a purpose in order to make life meaningful and then strive to achieve that purpose. As we step into the 16th year of Calorx, we focus more on developing the character attributes of the children so that they are spiritually enlightened world citizens.

A child is the most valuable resource of any country. Every child holds the promise of a bright future, for his family, society, country and the world, provided he/she is armed with meaningful education, skills and human values. In our efforts at developing every facet of a child's personality, we synchronize with parents, especially the mother, leaving every channel of communication open for them to interact with the school over the child's progress.

The mind of a child is tender and fresh; it can be moulded as we want. At a tender age we nurture these young saplings with love and care so that these innocent minds are cradled to become high achievers in every sphere of life in later years.

Our trained and dedicated staff members are always ready to nurture the tiniest little bud into a flowering plant of talents. Our comparatively small group has its advantage of being exclusive and unique. Our students, with the grace of God have not only performed well academically but have also won laurels in various inter-house and inter-school co-curricular activities.

Our children are trained to develop good oratory skills and excellent writing abilities through inter-class and inter-school competitions and activities especially in debates, quiz, talent etc. organized at the branch from time to time. 

I sincerely thank the CPS management, Mrs. Manjula Pooja Shroff (Chairperson) and our Director Mr. Hiten Vasant for their constant support and guidance. We look forward to another year of lofty heights of achievements as well as creativity and innovation in the field of education.

My Dear Students,

Education in the world is evolving very fast and for the same reason India needs to cope and adapt to the demands of the Globe. What we attempt to teach children is best illustrated below:

We must set our goals high because it is said, "Purpose is the engine that powers our life". We get what we set. "Be focused to your dreams in life, focus always precedes success". We follow CONTINUOUS AND COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION (CCE) right from beginning of the school. It requires better coordination and commitment from all the stakeholders – teachers, parents and students. We move away from fear of examination to the joy of learning.

So let us all make whole hearted efforts to make teaching learning process more life oriented.

A word to the Parents:

I thank each one of you for believing in CALORX.

It is really a great pleasure to see your faith in our teachers and management to entrust us with the responsibility of guiding, educating and nurturing the right values in your children and developing them as worthy citizens of the world.

We believe in the saying of our Upanishads, which emphasizes:

There is no letter that does not have super power;

no root without medicinal value;

no human being without talent;

only the people who can manage to bring them out are rare.

Education in the world is evolving, so is the Indian Education System. In this era of Globalization, we have to march with others keeping the next generation as leaders. So I thank you for joining hands with CALORX PUBLIC SCHOOL, RAJULA in this endeavour.
